We begin every project with an honest conversation. In a 60-minute call, we’ll introduce ourselves, learn about your business and discuss your goals, audience, budget and timelines. After the call, we’ll share a short questionnaire designed to give us further insight into how your brand should look, feel and communicate.

Define the Direction
Using everything we’ve learned, we begin developing a distinct creative route for your brand. The direction includes a logo concept, colour palette, typography and example mock-ups to show how it works in context. Alongside the visuals, we’ll explain the thinking behind each brand idea so that you can make a confident decision.

Refine & Build
Once we've presented a direction, we gather your feedback and begin refining it into a final, consistent identity. We fine-tune your logo, colour palette, typography and create any brand elements so everything feels aligned and ready to use. If your package includes a website, this is where we design and build a 3 - 5 page Squarespace site that brings your brand to life online. Throughout this stage, you’ll see regular updates and have the chance to review and give feedback as everything comes together.
Refine & Build
